What is the Mozy mobile app?
In its debut version, Mozy's mobile app focuses on two primary use cases. The first is to allow you to securely access the files you protect with Mozy. This allows you to send files as an email attachment, as well as view files (for file types that your mobile platform can render). The second use case addresses photos, allowing you to quickly view photo thumbnails, and download the full file (higher resolution) of those for which you want to see in complete detail.
Who can use the mobile app?
Mozy's mobile app is available to MozyHome and MozyPro customers around the world who use a Mozy managed encryption key. (Personal encryption key support coming soon!) The app is compatible with iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) running version 4.0 or newer and Android devices running version 2.0 or newer.
Administrative controls for MozyPro admins
MozyPro administrators can grant permission for their organisations to use the mobile app from the Admin Console.
